These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by MojoPetCare, a company registered in India ("Company"), through its web and mobile applications ("App") for pet care services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "App" refers to the web and mobile applications provided by the Company for accessing pet care services.
• "Services" refer to the pet care services offered through the Application, including but not limited to pet grooming, pet sitting, and veterinary care.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App to avail of the Services.
• "Provider" refers to the third-party service providers who offer pet care services through the Application.
• "Pet" refers to any domesticated animal for which pet care services are sought through the Application.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to access and use the App.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and while using the Services.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services.

3. Services

• The Company provides a platform to connect Users with Providers offering pet care services.
• Users may request pet care services through the Apps, subject to availability.
• The Company does not directly provide pet care services and is not responsible for the quality or outcome of the services provided by Providers.
• Users are solely responsible for their pets' behavior and health, and for providing accurate information about their pets' needs.

4. Payments

• Users agree to pay the fees for the Services as displayed on the App.
• Payments may be processed through the Apps using the available payment methods.
• All fees are non-refundable once the Services have been rendered, except as required by law.
• The Company may change the pricing of the Services at any time, with notice to Users.

5. User Conduct

• Users agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the App or the provision of Services.
• Users must respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and other Users.

6. Liability

• The Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of pets.
• Users acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Providers.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to their use of the Services.

7. Privacy

• The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the App.
• By using the App, Users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

• The Company may suspend or terminate Users' access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason.
• Upon termination, Users must cease all use of the App and delete any downloaded copies of the App.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.

10. Changes to Terms
